PC meeting, Fri 2 May, 7pm, Villager Hall, with just the one main item - Gem Festival licence application (for Charlton Park, weekend 13-15 June, concurrent with Existance Festival). The organiser will be there to explain the festival and answer any questions, before the PC decides its response to the licence application.

Note that all Gem Festival licencable activities (music, alcohol, food) end at midnight each night.
